Italian Cream Cheese Chicken-Crock pot Recipe!

So this is a very loose interpretation of a recipe a friend gave me years ago. I can never remember how she told me to make it the first time so I just add and remove things each time I make it.  Here is how I made it most recently:

INGREDIENTS:

4-5 Chicken breasts

1 package cream cheese, softened

1 bottle italian salad dressing

1 large can cream of mushroom/chicken soup

broccoli/peas

instant rice/egg noodles

Place the chicken and italian salad dressing (entire bottle) into the crock pot and cook for 4-5hours. Cut the cream cheese into cubes and drop in the crock pot after 5 hours or so when the chicken can be pulled apart and shredded with a fork.  Add your choice of veggie if desired and Can of soup at this time.  Cook for another hour or two until dinner time.  Serve over rice or egg noodles.
