Praying for Jordan Smith

As of February 11th, 2012 a sweet undeserving little boy is in Children’s Hospital in San Diego fighting to overcome a mysterious combination of ailments.  After becoming sick at school then continuing to be sick all night at home resulting in a lethargic and unresponsive little boy, his mother rushed him out to the Doctor who then immediately sent him to Children’s.

At first they thought his unconcious state was related to incredibly low blood sugar levels, then they had annmnounced they thought he had pneumonia and finally more news came that they were doing a spinal tap and testing for menengitis.  Yep, they now say he has menegitis.  And guess what, they still say something else is going on, but they don’t know what it is yet!!

To be completely honest with you all, I have never met Jordan, however I know his family. I know his dear big Sister who has been through a tornado of emotionally exhausting trials already this year.  Her family has already has been fighting with illness and she has been steadfast in prayer because of it all.  No one deserves to deal with something like this, especially a child.

Please JOIN with me in prayer and/fasting to bring strength and courage to the family who are exhausted and understandably worried for their little boy.  I Pray for strength and immediate healing for young Jordan .  I Pray for clear minds and patience for the doctors who are trying desperately to figure out what is going on. I Pray that God be with this family and lift them up, allow them to feel the warmth of the love and prayers shared by other’s for them, allow that to bring them some comfort.

Please Join Me In Praying for Jordan Smith.

Thank you so much for this post and for the support Rabecca. Jordan Does have meningitis, they are still trying to figure out what else is going on. The diarrhea and low blood sugar have them baffled at this point. His blood sugar dropped Deathly low Very fast, and they had to work to get it back up and to stay up.
My family is very appreciative of all of the prayer support.
